Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including sale items, gift cards, and items that are damaged or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
