We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

Original Paintings Original artwork may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Digital Downloads All digital products are final sale. Due to the nature of digital files, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once a file has been downloaded or accessed.

All Other Items (Gift Ideas Collections, Home Decor Collections, and Paint By Number Collections) All other products are sourced from third-party suppliers and fulfilled on demand. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

How to Request a Return or Replacement Email us at bahrsshop@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
